Some Ninja H2 SX SE Questions

Hi all,

I've been checking out a '23 H2 SX SE bike, and was wondering:

1) Any known negatives (or bad rep) about this bike? Anything I should know before I would buy?
2) Can you do things like oil changes without having to go to a Kawi dealer to clear out service notifications?
3) I've also been looking at the Ducati Multistrada V4S as well; any of you guys have experience with both bikes that you could share?
